Hannah Sieben is a Colorado native. She attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she studied Biology and Government. Hannah is passionate about science, education, and inspiring young people to take active roles in building a better future. As an undergraduate, Hannah was a part of Texas4000, a student organization that raises money for cancer research and awareness through a 70-day bike ride from Austin to Anchorage, Alaska.
Following graduation, Hannah served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Namibia where she taught grade 6 English, Math, and Science. She worked with local community members and teachers to increase literacy rates, promote cross-cultural understanding, and engage young girls in STEM. Her time in Namibia inspired her to continue making an impact by amplifying the voices of young people in the States through civic engagement.
Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, cycling, and being outside in the Colorado sunshine.
