Ali Abel

Data Manager

Ali grew up in a small town in central Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a degree in History and Women's Studies. In 2014, she moved to Minneapolis, MN to pursue a career in the nonprofit world, where she has worked in roles ranging from youth development to reproductive justice with the Girl Scouts, YWCA, Planned Parenthood, and Camp Fire.

Ali started working as the Data Manager at Inspire in late 2018. She spends her days collecting, organizing, and analyzing Inspire's voter registration and turnout data - it is a joy to reflect on and present the impressive work of Inspire students, teachers, and staff in numerical and visual formats. Her role is also a great opportunity to collaborate with coordinators and organizers in all regions across the country.

In her free time, Ali likes to go for walks, play trivia, and spend way too much time online. She lives in Minneapolis with her partner Sean and their bunny, Lily.
