Our mission is to transform young leaders’ inspiration into action that improves our communities and strengthens our democracy. Click here to read our latest report on how we are making an impact on the youth vote across the country.
Inspire U.S. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and is strictly nonpartisan. We currently have programs in multiple states; Arizona, California, Colorado, Kentucky, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. In the spring of 2019 we are launching in North Carolina. We have also remotely assisted schools in many other states.
We support high schools in planning and conducting student peer-to-peer voter registration activities. We guide them to engage with elected officials at the local, state and national level.
Proven Track Record.
In four years, 1,900 Inspired Leaders -- predominantly junior or senior student volunteers -- have helped more than 78,000 high school students from 321 schools register to vote.
Across those states, more than 100 schools registered more than 65% of their eligible student body!
In three states that offered spring 2016 primary elections, Inspired Leaders called nearly 2,000 students to Get Out the Vote; of those who answered the call, 86% said they had voted or were planning to vote.
Working for You.
Many states are now offering awards for High School Voter registration. We can help you achieve this award. Regardless of political affiliation or points of view, our goal is to encourage all eligible citizens to vote.
